Your job is to set up, safely run, and pack down adventure activities for groups — coaching people, briefing safety, and making every event unforgettable.

Lead Instructors earn ৳12,00,000+/yr. Everyone joins on a one-year contract; full-time is reached by proving reliability and skill. Full pay and terms are in the instructor pack.

Set up, run and pack down our activities — coaching groups and keeping every event safe and fun. Full ITC training provided.
