Auvoryn Adventure is a mobile outdoor activities company — we bring adventure directly to schools, corporates, resorts and events across Bangladesh. Our instructors are the heart of everything: you deliver the experience, and you carry our reputation for safety and professionalism to every client.
Your primary role is to set up, safely run, and pack down adventure activities for groups — coaching participants, briefing safety, and making every event fun and memorable.
You start flexible and grow as you prove yourself — commitment and reliability open the door to more work and more responsibility.
5 days/week · 40 hrs · starts at entry, rises with experience + bonuses
Per full day (8 hours), for work beyond full-time or non-full-time roles
On projects: your fee plus food, accommodation and travel covered
Top of the ladder — lead events and mentor the team
Because we invest heavily in training you, we ask for a real commitment in return. This protects the team and the standard we're known for.
| Minimum contract | One year, mandatory for everyone — including scheduled and part-time instructors. |
| Initial Training Course (ITC) | Full training from the basics across all our activities. Valued at ৳1,50,000 — provided to you as an investment in your development. |
| Ongoing training | Continued development throughout your time with us, including advanced disciplines as you progress. |
| Early-leave clause | If you choose to leave before your one-year contract ends, the training and contract costs (incl. the ৳1,50,000 ITC) become repayable, as set out in your contract. |
